A commercial customer came to us requiring a contemporary system for their first-floor office in Soho. We installed a Mitsubishi Electric Hybrid VRF system with 25 slimline ducted units, providing reduced environmental impact and top performance. The result was a highly efficient installation with a stylish modern industrial look.

Our construction client needed a suitable air conditioning system for a recording studio project in Wimbledon. We fitted a split system with an LG wall mounted unit – its simple controls and almost silent performance made it the perfect solution. This is the sixth time that we’ve helped this client find the ideal climate control.

D-Air successfully installed two HVRF systems across ground & 1st floor open plan offices in Soho, London. The client was looking for a industrial look so we used the exposed ceilings to really highlighting the ducting.

D-Air quickly got to work, scheduling the installation around the needs of client to help minimise disturbance and avoid downtime in the office. Mitsubishi Electric systems were used with 25 ducted units per floor.

Finally to ensure that the newly introduced fresh and filtered cool air continually circulates the workplace, the ducted units were strategically placed to expel the rising hot air. Commitment from the client to health and safety was high.

St Pancras Clinical Research asked us to install a heat recovery ventilation system with specialist fire-rated ductwork in parts of the installation. The system serves a pharmacy and laboratory area, so needs to be safe and up to standard for these technical areas.

D-Air quickly installed all the ductwork required, as well as the fire dampers, attenuators, VCDs and grilles, minimising disturbances to staff throughout the process.

The main module is located in the plant room of the building, so the system looks smart and compact in the pharmacy and lab and can be accessed quickly if there is a problem.
